Your Role
As an R&D Engineer, you are responsible for developing, improving and testing innovative products and systems.
You translate market needs and technical requirements into concrete designs and prototypes.
You work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet Miglio’s standards of excellence.
Your key responsibilities include:

Designing, developing, and testing new concepts and systems,

Collaborating with production, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure technical feasibility,

Evaluating performance, reliability, and safety of designs,

Carefully documenting your work and design choices,

Supporting the transition from prototype to production or market launch.
Who You Are

You hold a degree in engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, or similar).

You have experience or strong interest in product development and innovation.

You work methodically, think analytically, and enjoy solving complex challenges.

You are a strong communicator and a team player who collaborates easily across departments.

You are fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are an advantage).
