Account Manager

Your Role

As Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our partners and play a vital role in supporting the sales process.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively communicating with partners and clients to maintain strong relationships,

  • Supporting Business Developers in daily commercial activities,

  • Managing and processing requests, offers, orders, and sales invoices,

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling,

  • Coordinating pickup, delivery, and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for partners and clients,

  • Ensuring follow-up and proper documentation of all commercial activities.

Who You Are

  • You have experience in account management or customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or industrial context.

  • You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

  • You work well in a team, supporting both partners and internal colleagues.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).
