Your Role
As Account Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our partners and play a vital role in supporting the sales process.
Your responsibilities include:

Proactively communicating with partners and clients to maintain strong relationships,

Supporting Business Developers in daily commercial activities,

Managing and processing requests, offers, orders, and sales invoices,

Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling,

Coordinating pickup, delivery, and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for partners and clients,

Ensuring follow-up and proper documentation of all commercial activities.
Who You Are

You have experience in account management or customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or industrial context.

You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

You work well in a team, supporting both partners and internal colleagues.

You are fluent in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).
